BOND Threshold is a 40-minute conditioning class designed to raise your threshold — the point where your body learns to work hard and stay there. This is structured Zone 4 training that improves your ability to sustain high output, recover faster, and perform under fatigue.

It’s not random conditioning. It’s purposeful intensity.

WHAT IT IS

A coached 40-minute AMRAP built around:

• One cardio anchor
• 2–3 strength & conditioning movements
• Sustained Zone 4 effort

Each session is designed to keep you working at the edge of your capacity in a controlled, repeatable format that builds real performance.

HOW IT WORKS

You cycle continuously through a structured sequence that challenges your engine while reinforcing strong movement under fatigue. Coaches guide pacing and scaling so you train at the right intensity — not just flat out.

Small class size = focused coaching and better results.

Classes are capped at 10 athletes.
